At Delta Industrial Tools, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Electrical items that have been installed or powered on

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
